China OEM Jyoti Vertical Turbine Pump - High lift pump 80ZGB – Yiyan

Company Profile：
Shijiazhuang Yiyan industrial Equipment Co., Ltd. is specialized in the production and sale of slurry pump, repair pump equipment, grinding products to provide enterprises. The company mainly produces and sells slag slurry pump series products, which are widely used in mining, conveying tailings, refined ore powder, ash, coal slime, iron powder, dredging and filling and so on, strong corrosion and high concentration slag slurry. In recent years, our company has provided more than 1000 sets of slurry pumps and tens of thousands of tons of spare parts for power plants, coal washing plants, aluminum oxide plants, iron ore concentrators, river dredging and other enterprises. Repair more than 100 sets of key equipment for desulfurization projects in power plants.

Main technical features and applications:
With modern CAD design method, it has excellent hydraulic performance, high efficiency and low wear rate. The flow passage is capacious, the anti-blocking performance is good, cavitation performance is superior; Combined seal and mechanical seal with auxiliary impeller and packing are adopted to ensure no leakage of slurry. Reliability design ensures that the mean fault-free working time (MTBF) of the whole machine is greatly improved. Use rare lubrication, metric bearing, reasonable lubrication and cooling system to ensure the bearing under low temperature operation; The flow components are made of special materials with good abrasion and corrosion resistance. Specially treated for seawater ash removal and salt spray electrochemical corrosion conditions; It can be used in series in multiple stages within the allowable pressure range, and the maximum working pressure is 3.6mpa. This series of slurry pump products have the advantages of reasonable structure, high efficiency, reliable operation and easy maintenance, etc., widely used in electric power, metallurgy, mining, coal, building materials, chemical and other industrial sectors to transport abrasive and corrosive slurry.
